Returns & Exchanges

The Customer has the right to return goods purchased online within 14 days of receiving them.

The returned product must not have been washed or used during training or other activities. It must be free of stains, damage, or the smell of perfume, deodorant, or other cosmetics. Please keep the original tags and packaging.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer.

Products made to individual order or personalized (e.g. with printing, a name, a club logo, or according to an individual design) are not eligible for return.

The refund will be made in accordance with applicable regulations, no later than 14 days from receiving notice of withdrawal from the contract. The refund may be withheld until the product is received or proof of its return is confirmed.
